Information pursuant to EU regulation 679/2016.
With reference to the EU Regulation 679/2016 we provide below the information regarding the processing of personal data.
The data processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and pursuant to Art. 13 we provide you with the following information:
1) Data are processed for the exact fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations as well as for the effective management of business relations;;
2) The data will be processed using paper, computer and telematic tools in such a way as to guarantee security and confidentiality;
3) The provision of data for the purposes indicated above is not compulsory but is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual obligations, therefore, failure to provide such data may prevent the continuation of the relationship;
4) Without prejudice to the communications and disclosures made in performance of legal obligations, the data may be disclosed in the European Union and/or abroad to: banking institutions for the management of receipts and payments arising from the execution of the contract; post offices or other companies that provide goods or parcel delivery services and for the forwarding of correspondence; their own employees; self-employed workers; project workers; debt collection companies; law firms; insurance companies; IT companies; professionals and consultants in general used by our company; other subsidiaries and/or affiliates. The dissemination of personal data is not envisaged;
5) The data will be processed by the owner of the company and by the employees appointed and/or external managers identified in writing, a list of whom is available at the company;
6) The personal data being processed will be retained in compliance with the principle of proportionality and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued and, if applicable, the retention periods provided for by current legislation have elapsed;
7) Pursuant to Articles 13(2)(b) and (d) and 15-22 of the Regulation, the data subject is informed that :
a) He/she has the right to request access to his/her personal data, to have them rectified or erased or to object to their processing, in the cases provided for;
b) He has the right to external portability of his data;
c) He has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, following the procedures and indications published on the Authority’s official website: www.garanteprivacy.it;
d) Any rectification or cancellation or restriction of processing carried out at the request of the data subject – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – shall be communicated by the Data Controller to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. The Controller may communicate these recipients to the data subject if the data subject so requests.
The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free of charge.
